- Where is the shipping origin for orders?”
- From my home to yours. I ship from North Pole, Nestled in the heart of the great state of Alaska.
- Will I be notified when my order ships?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number from the United States Postal Service. This email is separate from the order confirmation email that you receive when you initially place an order. If you have not received either an order confirmation email or a shipping confirmation email within a business day of placing your order, please verify that you have entered your email correctly into the system. - How do I track my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number from the United States Postal Service. To track your order, please visit https://www.usps.com/ and enter your tracking number, or simply paste your tracking number into Google to see your item in transit.
- How much does shipping & handling cost?
- While I wish I could offer free shipping, I am a small business and operate with tight budgets and limited resources. This makes it difficult to absorb the cost of shipping on orders without negatively impacting the range of products my customers have come to know and love. I strive to provide fair and competitive shipping rates that reflect the cost of operations and help to maintain the viability and sustainability of An Artistic Awakening.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Typically, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of placing it. For orders placed before 2PM AKST, I will generally ship your package on the same business day. For orders placed after 2PM AKST, I will send your order no later than the next business day. Please note that the post office is not open on Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays.

- Can My Item Be Gift Wrapped Or Personalized?
- Unfortunately, I do not offer gift wrapping or personalization currently.
- Can I Return A Damaged Item?
- I understand that damage may occur during shipping. However, each of my items are handmade and are one of a kind, so I will not be able to replace the item with the exact one.

I understand that sometimes accidents do happen.

- Orders which have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be canceled.

- Due to every item being one of a kind and handmade I am unable to do exchanges.
