The Shipping and Payment Information section is designed to answer any questions you might have.

Shipping
•We offer shipping for one flat fee within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
•International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact me directly with any questions before placing an order.
•All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.
•Multiple items purchased together will ship in the same package whenever possible to reduce shipping costs and packaging waste.

Risk of Loss
I am not responsible for carrier delays, weather holds, or packages marked “delivered” but not received. If your package is delayed or missing, please use the tracking number provided and contact the shipping carrier directly.

Payments
•Accepted payment methods include Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.
•Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Currency and Sales Tax
•All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
•Alaska does not collect sales tax; however, destination-based or local taxes may apply for shipments outside the state. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Declined Payments
Orders without successful payment will be automatically canceled.
If your payment is declined, please verify your information and try again, or use an alternative payment method.

Refunds and Exchanges
•Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, I am unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
•All items are final sale and cannot be returned to the seller.
