WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCTS FOR SALE OTHER THAN THE WEBSITE?
My work is available in store at Alaska Goldworks LLC. 502 9th Ave Fairbanks Alaska 99701. Phone 907-455-GOLD(4653).
I am involved in local events during the holidays and during the Midnight Sun Festival. See my events section on my home page for more information.
I am also selling products via my Facebook page @anartisticawakening or at local events. I also am conducting “drops” on occasion. If interested in a piece I am currently working on, please follow me on Facebook @anartisticawakening and comment in the comments section of the post.
HOW DOES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WORK?
We charge one flat fee for shipping of any products. I will ship directly to the address provided on the invoice when billed. I will provide you with a tracking number once shipped. I generally try and mail packages out the following day. If orders are placed on a weekend, those orders will be shipped on the next business day.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Due to every item being one of a kind and handmade I am unable to do exchanges.
If there is an issue with the item due to shipping damage, please reach out to me and we will work out a solution that fits the need.
WILL I RECEIVE RECEIPT AND TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes — you’ll receive an emailed receipt at time of purchase. You will receive an email from anartisticawakening@yahoo.com once the product is shipped.
