RETURNS/ CANCELATIONS/ EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM?
I understand that damage may occur during shipping. However, each of my items are handmade and are one of a kind, so I will not be able to replace the item with the exact one.
If you would like to return an item due to damage, please reach out to me on my website at anartisticawakening.com, or email me at anartisticawakening@yahoo.com with a brief explanation of the situation, item description and tracking number and I will do my best to fix the situation. I understand that sometimes accidents do happen.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders which have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be cancelled.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Due to every item being one of a kind and handmade I am unable to do exchanges.
